Thomas Gatti is the founder, principal consultant, and Fractional Chief Growth Officer of Advised Legal Consulting, where he helps law firms grow revenue, reduce waste, improve efficiency, and scale sustainably. With a career built across sales, marketing, operations, and business growth, Thomas focuses on finding the leaks, weak spots, and inefficiencies that keep firms from achieving the level of profitability that their strengths suggest they should be reaching.

He works with law firms across practice areas including estate planning, family law, personal injury, tenant law, and more, with a special focus on growing firms between $500,000 and $10 million in annual revenue. His approach is practical, honest, and direct: if he can help, he will show you the ways he can help and propose a plan. If he cannot help, he will recommend you to someone who may be better suited for your specific needs. As an expert on profitability as well as marketing and operational efficiency, Thomas has no interest in being an expense on your profit and loss sheet unless he is driving substantial return on your investment.

Thomas is passionate about making teams more effective, not replacing them. He believes better systems, clearer processes, and smarter use of technology should help people become the best possible versions of themselves in their roles and will never recommend you replace your team members with AI agents but rather ensure that each team member has what they need to be fully utilized and grow with the firm.

Outside of consulting, Thomas is a musician and Muppet impersonator. He currently lives in Norfolk, Virginia with his awesome family, and has worked from home for the last 14 years.
